What You’ll Experience

Morning strength and movement sessions are designed to energize, empower, and support you — without pressure or performance. Movement as a way to feel at home in your body.

  • Exploring medieval hill towns and Umbrian countryside.

  • Visit a family-owned cashmere atelier.

  • Antique, pottery, and artisan shopping.

  • Experience an authentic Umbrian truffle hunt.

  • Enjoy a restorative spa day in Tuscany's celebrated thermal springs.

  • A thoughtful mix of meals prepared at the villa and dining out at local restaurants.

  • Shopping in local markets and bakeries — living like locals, not tourists.

  • Each day includes time to explore on your own, relax at the villa, or simply enjoy the rhythm of Italian life.

What’s Taken Care Of:

  • Daily breakfast at the villa

  • Fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, tea, and beverages available at the villa throughout your stay

  • All meals prepared and served at the villa

  • A hands-on Italian cooking class, followed by the meal we create together

  • Lunch with a local truffle hunter

  • Any food or beverages purchased away from the villa—including coffee, pastries, lunches, dinners, and aperitivos, —are at each guest's own expense.

This approach allows us to share nourishing meals together at the villa while giving everyone the freedom to experience Italy in their own way

when we're out exploring.

A Few Things to Plan For

While most of your retreat is fully curated, there are a few items we ask you to handle on your own:

  • Flights to and from Rome Fiumicino Airport

  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Personal shopping, souvenirs, or optional experiences outside the curated itinerary.

  • Lunches and dinners enjoyed at local restaurants during our excursions (all meals served at the villa are included).
